These Service Terms (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) officially regulate all access behaviors, browsing operations, footwear purchasing activities and the use of all supporting services on the Fluures official website. The terms are binding on all platform visitors and registered users. By browsing the website, registering an account, purchasing our footwear products, and using platform services, you fully confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted all clauses of these Terms. If you disagree with any content of the Terms, you must immediately stop accessing and using our platform and related services.

Any malicious behaviors that violate public order and good customs, interfere with the stable operation of the platform, occupy server resources, attack website systems, or hinder the normal shopping of other users are strictly prohibited.

2. Member Account Management Rules

When you complete independent account registration on our platform, you shall take full responsibility for protecting the security and confidentiality of your member information, including login passwords, bound mobile phone numbers and personal profile data. All shopping behaviors, order operations, information modifications and other records generated under your account shall be independently borne by you.

3. Order Rules & Payment Instructions

After the order is successfully generated, you authorize us to deduct the corresponding commodity and service fees through the payment channel you have bound and confirmed.

In accordance with local legal provisions, users may need to bear corresponding sales taxes, logistics shipping fees and other statutory additional charges arising from transaction behaviors.

Fluures adheres to the principle of truthful display, and strives to accurately present the style, color, material, craft, size and wearing effect of all footwear products on the official website. We optimize product pictures and detail descriptions based on real shooting scenes to restore the actual appearance of shoes to the greatest extent.
Nevertheless, due to objective factors such as different device screen resolutions, shooting light angles, and color display deviations of electronic devices, minor color difference and subtle detail differences between the shoe products on sale and physical items may exist. We do not promise that all platform product information is completely error-free, omissive or fully updated. The formulation, validity, interpretation and dispute handling of these Service Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China, excluding conflict of law principles. All disputes arising from platform use and footwear transaction behaviors shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the local judicial institutions in Hong Kong.
